Tyra Lynne Banks (born December 4, 1973) is an American supermodel, authour, actress, television personality, and talk show host. She is one of the most widely-recognized African Americans among the most famous models in the world and, along with the United Kingdom's Naomi Campbell, part of a small group of supermodels of known African descent. She is currently ranked as the 4th highest earning supermodel.
